Steve Richter

Mr. Richter is currently the President of Media Breakaway, LLC. He has been connected to the online marketing industry for the past ten years in his capacity as the founding partner of a law firm which concentrated in internet law, and business and tax litigation. He has also published a number of articles and made numerous presentations pertaining to internet law and compliance with Federal and state statutes and regulations at different industry events (including the FTC Forum on Spam and Affiliate Summit). Mr. Richter served as a San Diego County Deputy District Attorney in a pro bono capacity and spent several years on the editorial staff of San Diego Lawyer Magazine.

He is a member of the California State Bar and is also licensed to practice law in the UK and Wales as a Solicitor. In addition, Mr. Richter holds a Colorado Certified Public Accountant license. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and the Mobile Marketing Association where he serves on its Best Practices Committee. 

 

Lee Roberts - Founder, Merchant Metrix

Lee Roberts

In 1984 Lee Roberts was programming and coding a search engine for the United States Navy. Lee founded the search engine friendly shopping cart Merchant Metrix  in 2000. He has had over 300 articles published in print and online, both highlighted and contributed in books and was a four-time judge for an international web site award program.

In 2000, Roberts began working with the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) to assist in developing version 2 of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and HTML 5.0. In his free time, Mr. Roberts enjoys spending time with his wife, five dogs, two cats, two fish, and three grandchildren and when he can get a chance, his Kawasaki Vulcan 900.

Mark Roth

Mark got involved with Internet Marketing as a PPC Affiliate in June 2005, focusing mainly on CPA offers. His sideline affiliate business grew quickly and he was able to leave his full-time job in March of 2006. He continued building his affiliate marketing business and simultaneously developed Affiliate Radar and Offervault in 2007. These tools were born out of his own needs as an affiliate marketer and have proven useful to thousands of other marketers as well.

Oliver is the co-founder and CEO of VigLink. Previosly, he was a Director at Microsoft in charge of the XBOX Live Video Marketplace. David Sargent

David Sargent wears three hats. First, he has been a Colorado attorney since 2004. As a civil litigator in the State court system, he as worked extensively in telemarketing litigation. Secondly, David works in legal marketing and business development. That is, he helps lawyers design, develop and implement marketing plans. In consumer oriented practices, the focus lies primarily on web based advertising. Lastly, he is an organizational development consultant for corporations seeking to improve efficient HR, marketing and operational processes. His unique value is the effective application of instructional design principles to organizational decision-making. He completed his undergraduate degree at Ohio Wesleyan University in 1997. Spanish. He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003 after receiving the CALI Award for Excellence: Intellectual Property. Subsequently, he received an MBA from the University of San Diego Graduate School of Business (Management, 2004). Mr. Sargent is a regular member of multiple affiliate and ecommerce groups in the Denver area.

 

Jeremy 'Shoemoney' Schoemaker
