AFFCON2010 - DENVER
POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AFFCON2010 - DENVER is run by NewGen Broadcasting LLC. The convention and tradeshow will be held at the Colorado Convention Center, June 21 - 23, 2010. Admission fees are listed on the http://www.affcon2010.com website. Those that have filled out the form and remit payment have agreed to be an attendee of the convention.
REGISTRATION POLICY
The AffCon2010 - Denver is a private event. Those that have filled out the registration application form and remit payment are requesting attendance. Attendees to the conference certify that they are over Twenty One (21) years of age. Registration is mandatory and may be made via the following means::

PAYMENTS
Registration fees for AffCon2010 - Denver includes all access to the expo hall and the general sessions, opening night reception and the convention guide. Payments may be made by company check, Credit Card, Bank Wire or Cashier Check. Please make checks payable to "NewGen Broadcasting LLC." and make sure to write the name of the registrant, sponsorship or booth number on the face along with "AffCon2010 - Denver". ALL PAYMENTS MADE BY CHECK MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN (20) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE CONVENTION. THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER YOU SIGN YOUR BOOTH CONTRACT & NO REFUNDS.
AFFILIATE APPROVAL
Once the registration application form and payment is received, an official invite to the event will be e-mailed. AffCon2010 - Denver, NewGen Broadcasting LLC., and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the conference reserve the right to reject any application for any reason at anytime. In the event of rejection, all payments for registration will be fully refunded.
SPONSORED AND COMPLIMENTARY AFFILIATES
Requests submitted for sponsored passes will be considered for sponsorship by various sponsors/exhibitors of AffCon2010 - Denver. Initial vetting will take place via WebmasterRadio.FM staff. Final approval will come from the sponsors and neither AffCon2010 – Denver or NewGen Broadcasting Inc. can guarantee acceptance of sponsorship. AffCon2010 – Denver and NewGen Broadcasting LLC. reserve the right to cancel the sponsorship to any person at anytime and deny you entrance. In the event of either (a) acceptance for sponsorship or (b) rejection from the event, all payments for registration from the individual will be fully refunded.
Any person or company with an affiliate program is disqualified for a sponsored pass and must pay for an All Access Pass.
The All Access Pass is for the approved individual and can not be resold, traded, bartered or offered to others.
DRESS CODE
The suggested dress code is business casual. Please use common sense.
NO VIDEO RECORDING
No unauthorized video recording is allowed at the event. Authorization for video recording of the event requires a written request from NewGen Broadcasting LLC. Include the reasons why a recording is being made and what specifically will be recorded. AffCon2010 – Denver and NewGen Broadcasting LLC. reserve the right to deny authorization of video recording to anyone at any time for any reason. Unauthorized video recording at the event will result in immediate ejection from the event and erasure/removal of the recorded material. Please do not expect a refund in such circumstances.
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
We have reserved a limited block of rooms with the Hyatt Regency Denver for our attendees at a discounted rate. To secure your accommodations, please contact at the least, four weeks in advance and mention that you are an AffCon2010 - Denver delegate. Please make your reservations early by calling the hotel directly, as we have a limited number of rooms at this rate. If you do not book your room by May 21st, you will become ineligible to receive the negotiated block rate and you will have to pay full price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1) All sales are final. There is NO refund for any person or group of persons who wishes to cancel their attendance to the event, their purchase of a sponsorship or a booth.
2) If AffCon2010 – Denver and/or NewGen Broadcasting LLC. decides to cancel the convention, for any reason [except those listed in the Exceptions and Limitation of Liability section (below)], any and all admission fees prepaid shall be fully refunded.
LOST BADGES
AffCon2010 – Denver and NewGen Broadcasting LLC., the Colorado Convention Center and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the convention are not responsible for lost delegate badges at the event. Badge replacements for lost badges require the purchase of a new delegate pass at the full purchase price of $895.00. Your badge is your passport to the event. Do not lose it.
EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
AffCon2010 - Denver, NewGen Broadcasting LLC., the Colorado Convention Center and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the convention will not provide refunds and is held harmless from any and all claims, losses and damages (including attorney's fees and any costs involved because of said claims), on account of: lost or damaged articles; accident; any mishap due to alcohol or drug abuse; death; injury; illness; disruption; delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions; any mechanical or electrical difficulties; strikes; lockouts; police and/or law enforcement activity; act of God; natural disaster; act of War; act of Terrorism; and/or any other event beyond their control.
AffCon2010 - Denver, NewGen Broadcasting LLC. and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the convention assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or additional costs incurred by registrants.
AffCon2010 - Denver, NewGen Broadcasting LLC., the Colorado Convention Center and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the convention reserve the right to immediately eject from the grounds those that violate the events code of conduct. In addition, this includes anyone engaged in violence, provokes violence, is confrontational and/or disruptive to anyone at or adjacent to the event area.
Applicant understands and accepts that Video taken from AffCon2010 - Denver is restricted without permission from AffCon2010 - Denver, and/or NewGen Broadcasting LLC. Unauthorized video and/or filming will result in immediate ejection from the event. Applicant further understands and accepts that images and film obtained at the event is for personal use only. Applicant has no rights to make any non-personal use of any image, film, or video footage obtained at the event, and that applicant cannot sell, transfer, or give the footage or completed film or video to any other party, except for personal use. Applicant agrees to inform anyone to whom applicant gives any footage, film, or video that it must only be used for personal use.
Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Releases harmless from and against any and all claims for damages, injuries, losses, liabilities and expenses relating to, resulting from or arising out of applicant's participation in any AffCon2010 - Denver, and/or NewGen Broadcasting LLC. program, event or activity.
Applicant agrees that, in the event applicant posts, or allows to be posted, any images (still or video) on a personal website or a website controlled by a third party, that (1) in the event AffCon2010 – Denver or NewGen Broadcasting LLC, notifies me that any such images must be removed, for any reason whatsoever in AffCon2010 – Denver or NewGen Broadcasting LLC's sole discretion, applicant will promptly remove or cause to be removed those images; and (2) applicant will place, or cause to be placed, on any website in which such images are displayed a notice that the images can be used only for the poster's personal use and not for any other purpose and that downloading or copying of the images is prohibited. Applicant further agree that, in the event any third party displays or disseminates any of applicant's images in a manner not authorized by this agreement, applicant assigns to NewGen Broadcasting LLC the copyright so NewGen Broadcasting LLC can enforce against the third party any restrictions concerning use of the images, and applicant appoint NewGen Broadcasting LLC as applicant's attorney-in-fact to execute any documents necessary to effectuate such assignment.
AffCon2010 – Denver, NewGen Broadcasting LLC, the Colorado Convention Center and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the convention are not responsible and assumes no liability for any personal property lost and/or damaged at the convention.
